Besides, the company should set some requirement for hiring workers such as the education level and experiences. For instance, the company also can implement the gain sharing programs in logistic by reward the warehouse and transportation employees for good performance by pay them short-term bonus. This action will motivate the employees to work hard for the company. For example, a country which is short-term orientation and the country worker might easy to motivate because they are more prefer immediate gratification and this will let the company get immediate result by pay the immediate bonus to the workers.
